In 2025 I joined the brilliant minds at Moon Dog Craft Brewery - with a focus on marketing their 4 epic venues, and continuing to promote their beer & Fizzer seltzer range.
Highlights:
Wild West’s First Birthday
Partnership with Fantastic Four
Bringing back Moon Dog fan favourite craft beers: Cake Hole Black Forest Stout, Splice Of Heaven Pine Lime Ice Cream IPA.
Focus on leveraging weekly specials, assisting the venue and operations teams, running influencer management and ultimately contributing to boosts in sales.
Moon Dog Wild West
One of Melbourne’s busiest venues, Moon Dog Wild West is a three-storey destination venue, hosting birthdays, bucks and hens parties, and milestone events. Featuring a mechanical bull, arcade games, pool tables, and multiple bars, the focus for this year has been maintaining momentum by celebrating what makes the venue unique and keep word of mouth strong.
Marketing Coordination
I coordinate digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, event promotion, weekly offers and venue activations. My work spans market research, press releases, and liaising with external partners such as music agents, trivia hosts and other collaborators.
Influencer & Social Media Management
I also bring our online presence to life — scheduling content, collaborating on promotional shoots, and coordinating UGC and influencer partnerships. This area is a particular highlight for me; I enjoy working closely with the team to capture and showcase the energy and atmosphere of the venue. I also manage day-to-day engagement, from responding to messages, assisting in bookings, and resolving customer feedback. Across the past year, this content has generated 11.3M total views.
Photography For New Menu Launches
I photograph and create content for new menu launches to keep our social channels fresh - showcasing the creativity of our chefs and celebrating the food at the heart of our venue.
Moon Dog World
Moon Dog World is the home of Moon Dog Brewing’s craft beer, 70+ taps, the first venue opened after OG and the home of the current brewery. A huge focus for 2025 was running ‘Family Days’ - family-friendly events which saw the venue become the go-to place for parents and children wanting a fun day out on Sundays.

Market research, paid advertising, coordinating design work needed for events and internal promotions, liaising with external groups (trivia host partners), organising decorations for events, managing local sports club sponsorships. Results:

Moon Dog Doglands is a [describe the bar] opposite Gate 7 at Marvel Stadium, in Docklands. Doglands is open for every event at Marvel Stadium - every AFL game day, concerts and epic events. The Jungle Room at Doglands is the restaurant connected to the venue, offering an elevated menu every day of the week, catering towards Docklands locals and (people who work in the area).

Moon Dog Brewing
While my focus for the year was predominantly on the venue-side, of course there were times where I was tasked with capturing product releases and special events. These required some photography and video content - but were purely for raising initial awareness (to announce each launch) and rather hands-off.
